Sanjay表示,“研究表明,睡眠不足会削弱人们对病毒性感染的免疫能力。”一项在受控环境下展开的研究表明,与每天睡七小时的人相比,每天睡五小时的人遭受病毒性感染的几率要高三倍。“每晚少睡两小时就会对身体健康造成影响。我们从对全球4000人进行的研究中获知,参与研究的每个人睡眠时间都不充足;仅就英国人而言,他们晚上的睡眠时间就比自己预期的睡眠时间少1.4个小时。”
